Email headers are the metadata block at the very beginning of an email message. They end at the first blank line — everything before that blank line is the header block, and everything after it is the message body.

Most email clients have a "View source", "Show original", or "Message properties" option. Look in the View menu, or in the message’s context menu (⋯ or ⋮).

Once you see the raw source, copy everything from the top down to the first blank line and paste it here.
